Shipping & returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damanged or do not fit properly.

In circumstances where you consider a product defective or damaged, please contact us at 306-955-6111 within 48 hours of receipt of order with details of the products and defect/damage.

If there is a discrepency in size, an exchange may be issued for the same product, in a different size within 5 buisness days of receipt without any additional charges. ie: collars, clothing

All items must be returned in the original packaging in saleable condition to be considered for exchange.  If not in the original packaging, the item will not be exchanged.  

Royal Canin and Hills products have a 100% guarantee.  Contact the clinic for any returns that are in their original package.
